H3ABioNet provides guidelines on the use of clinical data, data management and data standardization, and provides support for REDCap as a data collection tool. We work with the H3Africa consortium to harmonize phenotypes and to map clinical and experimental data to existing ontologies in an effort to make the H3Africa and H3ABioNet outputs FAIR.
